Hats Off to the 2003/2004 Auction Committee!!!

What an evening it was…the planning and organization was seamless. The food and drinks were excellent! This annual TRCS event was again…a success!

The need for this auction is inescapable helping to make up the budgetary deficits…together we have found the secret to having a great time while raising money for the education of our kids.

Special Thanks to the heads of all the committees:

Shanon Vroman - Procurement Queen! You are amazing to see in action! Way to go Shannon. A huge debt of gratitude is sent in your direction.

Ella Bland - Silent Auction. Each item looked incredible. Thank you Ella for the time and effort it took to coordinate over 300 items! You are a pro!

Kim White - Communications and Public Relations. The postcards and invitations were beautifully done. You were able to get the word out to old and new TRCS friends and family. Thank you for your efforts and it was great fun working with you on this event!

Louise Adams/Betsy Bensen - You both are old hands at the Oral Auction. It was easy to auction off the many great vacations and boats. Thank you both!

Ione Spear - Silent Auction and Certificates. You pulled the details together with finesse. Thank you Ione! You helped to make us all look great!

Finally the biggest thank you to Steve Heisterkamp and Cindy Smith. These fearless TRCS Board members were absolutely astounding in their auction leadership! They kept everyone’s focus on the end result…and we are all proud to announce that the 2003-2004 Auction Hats Off Trophy goes to both of these TRCS Board Members.

The end result of everyone’s efforts was $35,000.00! What an amazing success…with such a huge amount of positive efforts in the direction of funding our school.

Thanks to everyone else who helped set up, clean up, and decorate the West Linn Community Center.
