Jay Frysinger, Co-Chair
Jay is connected to TRCS through his son Griffin, a TRCS 7th grader, and looks forward to his daughter Matilda, now at Bolton Elementary, attending TRCS in the future. This is his third year on the board. Jay is a Systems Architect at 360 Systems, a consulting company he founded in 2001. He dabbles in many technology based hobbies, and hopes to continue to strengthen the technology presence at TRCS. He has a BA from TCU in Chemistry, Psychology and Philosophy. Jay’s wife Shannon is active in the West Linn community, particularly with the West Linn Mom’s Club and Bolton PTA.
Lisa Ellingson, Co-Chair
Lisa Ellingson is the parent of Kokanee Ellingson, a TRCS 8th grader, as well as Savannah, Chase and Kye, TRCS alumni who attend West Linn High School. Lisa was a member of the founding board for TRCS and her daughter Brianna, now a Junior at Portland State University, was a student in the 4/5/6. Lisa has previously chaired the TRCS board, has been on the HR committee since the inception of TRCS and has been a member of the TRCS outdoor school cooking crew for many years. Lisa is a Senior Vice President of Human Resources for HSBC North America, a global bank. She also holds a B.S. in Rhetoric and Communications from the University of Oregon (Go Ducks!) and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification through the Society for Human Resources Management.
Katherine Holtgraves, Secretary
Continuing Superintendent/Administration License from Lewis and Clark University. Masters of Educational Administration and Education from Lewis and Clark. Her undergraduate degree is from Western Oregon (formally Oregon College of Education) with a minor in Art History… she loves the chance to teach art within the classroom setting. Katherine has been the TRCS administrator for the last 10 years. Before this time, she taught 2-8th grades at various schools in the West Linn/Wilsonville School District. Before this, she was a 2nd grade teacher for two years in Olathe, Kansas. This is her fifth year on the Board of Directors, for the last three serving as the TRCS Board Secretary.
