Lisa Ellingson, Chair
Bachelor of Arts degree in Rhetoric & Communications from University of Oregon. Group Director, Human Resources for HSBC Card Services in Tigard. TRCS Board Member for six years and member of the founding committee of TRCS. Currently on the Personnel Committee in addition to holding the position of Board Chair. I have three children attending TRCS, a 4th, 6th and 8th grader. One of my daughters is a TRCS alumni student who is a Freshman at West Linn High School.
Merilee Bales, Curriculum Director
Masters in Education, Lewis & Clark College. She has taught 4-6th grades in WLWV school district for 12 years. Prior to that, she was a 5th grade teacher in Portland Public Schools for five years. Taught an alternative program of 4-6th graders at the High School until 2000. On staff of TRCS since school opened in 2000. Member of the founding committee of TRCS.
Carol Grothe, Treasurer 
Earned MBA from University of Portland. Sales account manager at Proctor and Gamble since 1984. Member of TRCS Board since 2000. Volunteer organizer and teacher of PE at TRCS. Was a member of the founding committee of TRCS. Two of my children graduated from TRCS and are currently in high school and one of my children is a 6th grader this year.
Fran Delashaw
Graduated from University of Washington with a speech and hearing major and a teaching certificate for K-8. Taught in Virginia for 5 years then moved to West Linn in 1989. Both of my children attended the 4-5-6 which eventually became the charter school. One of my children served as a mentor and an outdoor school counselor for the kids at the charter school. Both of my boys are studying at University of Oregon this year. I have stayed in touch with the people from TRCS throughout its inception and voluntarily substitute if a staff member is gone. I have been on the board for the last 5 years.
Katherine Holtgraves, Secretary
Continuing Superintendent/Administration License from Lewis and Clark University. Masters of Educational Administration and Education from Lewis and Clark. My undergraduate degree is from Western Oregon (formally Oregon College of Education). I have a minor in Art History… and love the chance to teach art within the classroom setting. Katherine has been the TRCS administrator for the last 5 years. Before this time, she taught 2-8th grades at various schools in the West Linn/Wilsonville School District. Before this, she was a 2nd grade teacher for two years in Olathe, Kansas. This is her third year on the Board of Directors, for the last two serving as the TRCS Board Secretary.
Pete Forsyth
Former local resident residing in Spokane, Washington. Graduate of Washington State University. Retired from 30 year career in the international aluminum industry and currently provides counsulting services to the metals and mining industry, as well as, serving on several non-profit and private business boards. This is my third year as a TRCS Board member and a father of long time TRCS and Outdoor School mentor.
John Woolley, Vice Chairman
John is a parent of an 8th grader, a 6th grader, AND a 4th grader at TRCS and is in his third year as a TRCS board member. He is active in the non-profit community serving as the president of the board for the Oregon Children’s Theatre and as a past board member for the Morrison Center in Portland. In his other life, John is a fixed income portfolio manager and financial planner for Northwest Investment Counselors in Lake Oswego. John is also the co-founder of Tamarack Capital, a mezzanine finance fund in Portland. John has a BA in Economics from Middlebury College and an MBA in finance from the University of Oregon
Stuart Webster
Stuart is a TRCS parent, with children in 5th and 8th grades. This is his fifth year with a child attending the school and his first year as a board member. Graduated from Montana State University with a BArch Professional degree, and has continued post graduate studies in architecture and design. Stuart has designed and managed the construction of high tech & micro-electronic projects around the world and is partner in a marketing company.
Binny Arcot
Binny is the parent of Nik Arcot a TRCS 6th grader. Binny is an active volunteer within the West Linn Wilsonville community. She has run book clubs, homework help clubs etc at the local public libraries. She also co-chaired the WLWV local option in 2004. She currently serves on the district LRPC and is PTO president at her 2nd grader’s school. Binny has been a teacher in the past and is actively involved in education related non profits. She has a Ph.D in Materials Science and Engineering. This is her first year on the TRCS board and second year on the TRCS finance committee.
