Binny Arcot, Chair
Binny is the parent of Nik Arcot a TRCS 8th grader. Binny is an active volunteer within the West Linn Wilsonville community. She has run book clubs, homework help clubs, etc., at the local public libraries. She also co-chaired the WLWV local option in 2004. She currently serves on the district LRPC and is PTO president at her 4th grader’s school. Binny has been a teacher in the past and is actively involved in education related non profits. She has a Ph.D in Materials Science and Engineering. This is her third year on the TRCS Board and third year on the TRCS Finance Committee.
John Woolley
John is a parent of an 8th grader and a 6th grader at TRCS and is in his fifth year as a TRCS board member. John is a past president of the board for the Oregon Children’s Theatre and as a past board member for the Morrison Center in Portland. In his other life, John is a fixed income portfolio manager and financial planner for Northwest Investment Counselors in Lake Oswego. John is also the co-founder of Tamarack Capital, a mezzanine finance fund in Portland. John has a BA in Economics from Middlebury College and an MBA in finance from the University of Oregon
Stuart Webster
Stuart is a TRCS parent, with a student in the 8th grade. This is his seventh year with a child attending the school and his third year as a board member. Graduated from Montana State University with a BArch Professional degree, and has continued post graduate studies in architecture and design. Stuart has designed and managed the construction of high tech & micro-electronic projects around the world and is partner in a marketing company

Merilee Bales, Curriculum Director
Masters in Education, Lewis & Clark College. She has taught 4-6th grades in WLWV school district for 12 years. Prior to that, she was a 5th grade teacher in Portland Public Schools for five years. Taught an alternative program of 4-6th graders at the High School until 2000. On staff of TRCS since school opened in 2000. Member of the founding committee of TRCS.
Katherine Holtgraves, Secretary
Continuing Superintendent/Administration License from Lewis and Clark University. Masters of Educational Administration and Education from Lewis and Clark. Her undergraduate degree is from Western Oregon (formally Oregon College of Education) with a minor in Art History… she loves the chance to teach art within the classroom setting. Katherine has been the TRCS administrator for the last 8 years. Before this time, she taught 2-8th grades at various schools in the West Linn/Wilsonville School District. Before this, she was a 2nd grade teacher for two years in Olathe, Kansas. This is her fourth year on the Board of Directors, for the last two serving as the TRCS Board Secretary.

Colleen Whyte
I am a parent of an 8th grader, and this is his 5th year at the school. This is my second year serving as a TRCS board member. For the past two years, I served as auction co-chair at TRCS. I worked for 22 years as a dental hygienist, and have spent the time in the past two years enjoying staying at home as a mom and volunteering in other capacities. This year I started volunteering at the Center for Medically Fragile Children. I sing in the Folk Choir at Resurrection Catholic Church and love to sew, bake and craft in any spare time. I come from a big family of six children, so often you’ll find our house filled with friends, cousins, or visitors because all are welcome!
Jodi Martin
Jodi is the parent of a TRCS graduate and mentor and this is her second year as a board member. Graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in Business Administration, Jodi and her husband are founders and co-owners of Geopier Foundation Company-West. Jodi in an active volunteer in the community having served multiple capacities during the past 18 years in the WLWV School District and at TRCS. Jodi is currently participating in the Big Brother/Big Sister program at Clackamas County.
Don Spear
Don is the parent of Logan a TRCS 8th grader and Anna a TRCS 4th grader as well as Brenner an alumni student who attends West Linn High School. This is his family’s 8th year at TRCS and Don’s first year on the board. Don also serves on the board of the Cat Adoption Team, Beit Haverim, and Eleven Wireless. He is the CEO of BlueTech, a Portland based online learning + marketing company. He has a BS in Electrical Engineer and a BA in Economics from Rice University and a MBA from Harvard Business School. His wife Ione, is an avid TRCS volunteer.
