8th Grade Math

Welcome to 8th Grade Math! We are using the Connected Math 2 series, starting with the book “Kaleidoscopes, Hubcaps and Mirrors: Symmetry and Transformations.” Other units during this term include the following concepts and skills: exponential relationships (growth/decay, exponents, scientific notation), quadratic relationships and factoring, algebra, linear systems and inequalities, and measurement. We are looking forward to a great year of problem-solving and real-life mathematics!
