Board Goals

2023-2024 TRCS Board Goals
  1. Prioritize community involvement and genuine engagement of parents, guardians, and students. We'll achieve this through enlisting feedback from students, parents, teachers, and other stakeholders.
  2. Establish financial resilience and sustainability by deploying procedures and strategies conducive to extended financial foresight.
  3. Grow TRCS involvement in the community by focusing efforts with both parents and alumni. Create an informal parent group (School Support League?) that can assist with activities, volunteer efforts, and fundraising. Engage with TRCS alumni.
  4. Develop a 5-year strategic plan with the intent of starting in the 2023-24 school year. The plan should act to guide TRCS faculty, students, and community in growing and achieving educational excellence in the coming years. The strategic plan will focus on the current Administrator’s vision for the school as well as a primary focus around advancing equitable initiatives.
