5th Grade Science

4th and 5th grade science students will explore energy in Term 2. Students will continue to make keen observations, formulate open-ended questions, and investigate connections and patterns within an energy systems. Through inquiry and experimentation, students will learn about different kinds of energy (light, sound, electricity, and magnetism) with a special emphasis on electricity as students learn to build simple circuits.
